I'm blogging during class
I'm so depressed that I can't even comment on McLaren's first one-two in 5 years.
BUT I did watch F1. To the point where I nearly died listening to Applied Physics and Chem the next day. (Class at 9.00am, F1 at 1.00am, ends at 3.00am, travel to uni begins 6.50am)
It was a very bittersweet race. Uneventful and pretty boring actually, if I were to be more exact. No real racing and more depression as we once more witness Raikkonen's absurdly poor overtaking skills. For someone who has so much speed, it's a pity he just can't overtake people. Well, we all have our weaknesses.
The newspaper put it best when it wrote a long nice article on the new youngest World Champion and right at the end it wrote, 'Oh, by the way, Montoya won!'
HAHA!
Ok, I'm being sadistic and mean. Poor Monty. *huggles Monty*
Well, Raikkonen should have probably expected it but still, knowing Kimi Raikkonen and his absolute kiasuness, I wouldn't have been surprised if he was secretly praying that Alonso crashes out or something. Poor Raikki!
BUT I like Fernando Alonso and I think he's cute no matter how much Pui May goes 'urrrgggh'. =) So, congratulations Fernando Alonso for being the youngest world champion. I didn't really support you at the beginning of the season, because I thought you were being mean to my poor dear old Fisi... (Ok, no I didn't... I am just trying to look for an excuse!)
This is probably the worst race commentary I've written since Magny-Cours/Silverstone which is probably when I started commenting on racing.
I want Nicky to come back!!! Come back Nicky!!!
Poor Raikkonen!!! *huggles Raikkonen!* Still, at long last, McLaren finally lead the constructors championship! YAY!
Ok, if I have time, I'll try to write something proper and less giddy alright?
Ok, I just have to say that 8TV cheated me. They didn't show the A1 GP!!!
By the way Alonso is now next to Kimi on my wall. =)
